RETURNS POLICY

 

We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit or exchange. Items washed, worn or not returned in original condition will not be accepted and returned to the customer. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return. In order to process your return, you will need to fill in the Returns Policy form that you received with your order.

If you have misplaced the form you can email us at sales@ballaapparel.com with your Name, order number, and briefly outline what you would like to do.

 

PROCESSING

After your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

 

REFUNDS

You will be refunded the full amount of the items returned. If you are an international customer or you paid for expedited shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order. Return requests for refund within Australia will be free.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. Using our returns form, you can exchange your item for a different size subject to availability.

Your exchange will be processed, and your replacement item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of the return being delivered.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

 

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please note that we do offer International returns and exchanges, however we do not cover the costs of any further shipping
